Officers say Katt had a verbal altercation with an employee and it escalated when he threw an object … and then punched the employee. Katt, who’s had his fair share of arrests, assumed the position — cops say he was on the ground with his hands behind his back … ready to be cuffed when they arrived. He’s being held on $5,000 bail. As reported by the Huffington Post, Thomas posed his first question this morning afrer Assistant Solicitor General Ilana Eisenstein asked if the justices had any question at the close of a hearing. Thomas wasn’t expected to speak but when he did, he definitely turned heads. The bodies of the young men, shot “ execution style, ” were discovered in an abandoned residence in Fort Wayne,   Indiana . Reports Gawker : Police found the bodies of Mohamedtaha Omar, 23; Adam Kamel Mekki, 20; and Muhannad Adam Tairab, 17, at an abandoned house owned by an absentee landlord in Indianapolis, and known to be a hangout spot for younger immigrants living in the area, the Associated Press reports . Public Safety Director Rusty York told WANE the victims had been shot multiple times in “execution-style” killings. The riots have calmed since the shooting, but Mohamed is currently in a coma after being shot three times. Local news outlet Fox 13 has provided in-depth coverage of the shooting and has released details of Salt Lake City police releasing a statement explaining the shooting in detail. The skirmish between the opposing forces left five people injured, one seriously, and 13 others arrested. As reported by the Los Angeles Times , the KKK rally was held in Anaheim, Calif. on Saturday (Feb. 27) and was a publicly filed “walking protest” in the city’s Pearson Park region. Around 30 counterprotesters met KKK members at their rally and clashes broke out for a block with reports that they initially began the attack. Three protesters were stabbed, with witnesses saying the most seriously injured person was stabbed with a pole bearing the Confederate Flag.
