Desiigner Cleared On Guns And Weapons Charges In New York City

Christmas came early for Desiigner. The Brooklyn rapper has been cleared on all charges in his September drug and gun arrest.

Billboard reports:

The M.C. (real name Sidney Selby III) — along with three co-defendants, Michael Davis, C.J. McCoy and Utril Rhaburn — accepted adjournments in contemplation of dismissal, or a negotiated settlement that can result in a case being sealed or dismissed. The New York City District Attorney’s Office granted the defendant’s request to seal the case, according to a source.

In what seemed to be bogus charge from the jump, Desiigner and company were allegedly involved in a road rage incident where someone pulled out a gun. They sped off, but the other driver took down their license plate number. That led to police finding their SUV and searching it. They found pills, but no gun.
