As we reported … Kanye suffered what people close to him say was a “nervous breakdown,” triggered in large part by the anniversary of his mother’s funeral. Officers directed him to”go down the hallway and turn to the right.” Following those directions, Polk saw a door popped open and walked in. The stepped into the room and the steel door shut behind him. After sitting in the small 8-by-8 cell for a few minutes, Polk felt something wasn’t wasn’t right. He tried to get out, but there was no button to buzz out. NBC News reports : A white man accused of fatally shooting nine black parishioners at a Charleston church last year was allowed to act as his own attorney in his federal death penalty trial Monday. Dylann Roof’s request came against his lawyers’ advice, and U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel said he would reluctantly accept the 22-year-old’s “unwise” decision. Death penalty attorney David Bruck then slid over and let Roof take the lead chair. The lawyers can stand by and help Roof if he asks. The New York Times reports: A chartered plane carrying 81 people, including members of a Brazilian soccer club, crashed on the outskirts of Medellín, Colombia, killing nearly everyone onboard, the authorities said early Tuesday. Colombia’s civilian aviation authority said that six people had survived the crash — three players, two crew members and a journalist who was accompanying the team. The flight was operated by a small airline, LaMia, and was carrying members of the Chapecoense de Brasil soccer club, according to the civil aviation authority. They were traveling from Bolivia to play in the final of the Copa Sudamericana tournament when the plane crashed around 10 p.m. on Monday. The Florida rapper has been transferred from the St. Lucie County jail he’s been sitting in over to South Carolina, where he is facing sexual battery charges.  Per the Sun Sentinel ,  Kodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, appeared at an extradition hearing on Nov. 21, and a judge approved his transfer. The “Skrt” rapper has been charged with criminal sexual conduct in Florence, South Carolina. Kodak was set to be released back in August  when he was sentenced to house arrest on the condition that he stay out of trouble and continue his rap career. However, just before his release, authorities discovered a pair of outstanding warrants, which included the charge in South Carolina .
